A few words explaining the meaning of the word stable, but I'm sure that many have a much more broader experience with the definition. Some, I'm sure of, have no idea what it is. A small minority will strictly only believe it's a sort of barn where horses live.

you can be both stable and ustable at the same time I think. complete stability of body and mind is hard though.
