Bad Neihbours: Being Rude

Privacy is a necessity. Privacy is important. Privacy should be respected. Privacy doesn't exist here.
Just a couple of days ago, friends and I got driven out of my home because the neighbours downstairs don't like my brother and my friends.

The guy downstairs doesn't have a job, his wife is annoying, and they're filthy for slaughtering noisy animals on the staircase.
